Post a job vacancy or training opportunity
About 75% of those affected by addiction are currently in the workforce without any recovery coaching or support services. APAA proposes a solution and envisions a paradigm shift in which workers in recovery return to the workforce more knowledgeable of their responsibilities and safety regulations.
If your company has a job opening(s) and would like to advertise at APAA, please complete the Job Notice Form and fax it in. Your company can pay a one time fee or purchase a yearly membership to gain access to our pool of potential candidates.
Potential candidates can have 3 months of sobriety and up to 20 or 30 years of sobriety. They may be manual laborers or at a professional level with a college education. The common denominator is that they all have APAA’s support to help them sustain long-term recovery.
Qualified individuals will be referred to you with the following:
- At least 3 months clean and sober
- Pre-screened and with sample application
- Updated resume and reference sheet
- Knowledgeable of drug-alcohol random testing policy
- Knowledgeable of sexual harassment policy
- Ongoing recovery coaching at APAA

Post a house or apartment vacancy
If you have a house or apartment available and would like to post it at APAA, please complete the Housing Vacancy form and mail or fax it in.
APAA provides recovery support services to those referred to your property. These services include ongoing recovery coaching which will help individuals maintain long-term recovery and be more reliable & responsible tenants.
APAA will pre-screen to ensure the individual is employed or has a source of income to cover the rent & utilities. APAA offers Job Readiness Training for those who are in transition between jobs while renting your property.
APAA can also work with the property management team to organize and implement a Recovery Support Group at your apartment complex. This can help reduce drug-alcohol activity and promote a healthier-safer living environment.
